The Employee shall faithfully perform all duties which nay be aosigned to him by the Contracting Officer or his authoritcd representatives.

The term of employment shall bo from the effective date hereof untilays after the termination of hostilities between the United States

and roclaimed by the President of

the United States, unless sooner torminpted as hereinafter provided.

6. (a) All factual disputes arising hereunder shall bo decided by the Contracting Officer, subject to written appeal within) days by theo tho immediate superior of the Contracting Ofriccr; the Employee meantime shall diligently proceed with tho performance of his duties hereunder,

(b) Whorovor the term "Contracting Officer" is usod in this agreement, it shall include the present Contracting Offieor and all successors in offico.
